Jaywing named as a great place to work


Jaywing is delighted to announce that we have officially obtained Great Place To Work certification.

Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. 

The employee driven research, showed that 79% of our employees agree that Jaywing is a great place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK company. Particular strengths being that 94% agree that you are made to feel welcome when joining the company and 98% and 97% respectively agreeing that you are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation and race. 

At Jaywing, we are home to over 250 creatives, developers, strategists, data scientists and media specialists comprising of hybrid office workers in Sheffield, Leeds and Sydney, as well as fully remote home workers. We have undertaken an overhaul of our People and Culture Strategy over the last two years, delivering a people plan which is designed in conjunction with our employees.  

The agency is committed to making Jaywing a great place to work, putting people at the heart of what we do and making this key in the delivery of our vision: ‘To be the place where talent thrives and brands grow’.  

Jaywing’s people and culture plan has focused on creating a positive work culture through the delivery of actions against three key priority areas:

This is the first year that Jaywing has participated in the Great Places To Work survey, receiving excellent feedback from our employees, far above the industry average. We have our sights set on further improvement and recognition, using constructive feedback to shape our 2024-2026 people plan to become an even greater place to work and to be entered into the running for the UK’s Top 100 Workplaces.
