Information we may Collect

There are two types of data we may collect when you use our website, non-personally identifiable information that is automatically collected and is used anonymously to assess the success and usage of the website itself and personally identifiable information that you directly provide submitting website based forms and other methods of communication.

Non-personally identifiable information is only collected after you grant specific access using the cookie control system in place on-site, outlined in the “Cookies and Other Similar Technologies” section of this statement. Typically, the non-personally identifiable information will contain generic device information, such as your devices operating system and web browser version alongside the content viewed or interacted with on the website.

Personally identifiable information includes data that may be used to specifically identify you, such as, but not limited to, name, email address and IP address. This information can be used to share news and Products and Services offered by Jaywing. On submission of this data we may link the personally identifiable information to the non-personally identifiable information to better assist your submission specifically or to improve the website’s performance and optimisation overall.

Additionally, the IP address helps us to understand geographic information about our website visitors better so that we can improve our website for everyone. Your IP address is never directly stored and instead is either truncated or converted to an estimation of the closest city location.

Your Communication, Marketing and Advertising Preferences
You can opt out of receiving certain direct communications from Jaywing. If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you can do so by following the instructions included in every email sent to you via either the “Unsubscribe” tab for a system generated email or by replying with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line for a direct email. We respect your choice, and we will stop sending you promotional emails once you unsubscribe.

Third Party Tool use of Cookies

Jaywing may work with third party advertisers that use cookies and similar technologies to provide more relevant advertising about our Products and Services on our website and across the internet. Recruitment

You may wish to share personal information with Jaywing regarding employment opportunities. As part of the recruitment process, we may ask for your permission to hold your personal information. We will retain the information for two years, or for the duration of your application. If after this period, we have found no suitable vacancies, we will delete your information.
By submitting your details, you give permission for us to circulate your details for recruitment purposes across Jaywing plc as necessary.

We will not send marketing communications to you following a job application with Jaywing plc.
