Today we announce the appointment of Karl Stones, formerly Creative Director at BJL, as Executive Creative Director. Having produced iconic work for brands including British Airways, Swinton Insurance, Subaru and ASDA, and the UK’s first ‘slow’ TV ad aired on Channel 4 for Ronseal, Stones says he’s passionate about delivering work that builds brands and drives sales, but which impacts on surrounding culture too.

An active member of the D&AD North board and a Campaign Big Awards judge, Stones is an advocate for Northern creativity. He will oversee creative output at Jaywing whilst building on a “strong environment that’s empowering for employees to produce the best results for our clients.”
In addition, Tom Rigden joins the business as Commercial Director from Enjoy Digital, having helped the agency grow from young start-up to established agency over the past nine years.

Also on-board are new recruits to Jaywing’s client services team, Account Directors Hanna Wade from London based CRM specialist WDMP, and Harriet Bell from Melbourne creative agency By All Means. Senior Account Manager, Suzy Gott, also joins the team from Intermarketing Agency.
