Jaywing

Jaywing has announced the expansion of its Australian operations with the acquisition of Australian search agency Digital Massive.

The company already has a presence in Australia with Epiphany’s Australian office, Epiphany Digital.  The move reaffirms Jaywing’s belief in the strength of the Australian market and fast-tracks its Australian growth.

Digital Massive has a number of blue chip, international clients including, Wedgwood, Waterford Crystal, Royal Doulton, the World's largest estate agent Century 21 and Australia's leading flooring specialist Amber.

Rob Shaw, CEO Jaywing UK & Australia, said, “Digital Massive is an exciting and fast growing company that has seen exceptional results since its launch in 2012.  Following our success with the acquisition of Epiphany in 2014, we felt sure we could repeat that and went in search of a like-minded agency in Australia.  As with back then, a great cultural fit was as important as a sound investment. We’re delighted to have found that and more in Digital Massive.”

Chris Pittham, Director, Digital Massive, added, “We’re thrilled to have become part of the Jaywing family.  We knew as soon as we met that we got on brilliantly and have developed a strong relationship with the senior team throughout the purchase process.  Jaywing has so much to offer both to us and our clients.”

Tom Geekie, Director, Digital Massive, continued, “Our clients will be able to benefit from a huge range of expanded marketing expertise, including Jaywing’s impressive creative and data science credentials.  We will benefit from Jaywing’s considerable business expertise and its depth in the field of search and marketing generally.  The team can’t wait to get stuck in to a new chapter.”

Shaw concluded, “Tom and Chris are hugely entrepreneurial and full of energy. They are exceptional leaders of their business, with a highly qualified team delivering fantastic results.  We look forward to a prosperous and enjoyable shared future.”
