We’re looking for a Head of Digital to play pivotal role in the growth and success of the Jaywing & Stubben Edge media portfolio. You will hold central oversight for the entire digital ecosystem, ensuring our web properties are high-performing, technically sound, and positioned for growth. You will lead the technical and product strategy, from managing the development roadmap to optimising our advertising technology stack, ensuring we deliver value for our internal and external partners. 

This role is a key leadership role in Jaywing’s Media department. You’ll bring strong experience in digital strategy, digital marketing & project management. You’ll be a confident leader, able to motivate & a team of digital & media experts. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide central oversight of property performance, analytics, and overall site function across the media portfolio. 
  • Plan and ensure the delivery of the development roadmap, maintenance, and site rebuilds/optimizations. 
  • Source, deploy, and manage ad serving solutions and technology partners to maximize revenue and efficiency. 
  • Support Account Management colleagues in the briefing paid and organic growth workstreams, acting as the internal client for performance reports. 
  • Collaborate with the Head of Media Sales to identify and forecast available inventory and lead generation opportunities across all properties. 
  • Oversee internal and client-facing reports on media inventory performance, providing actionable insights. 
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers to execute long term vision and strategy. 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • +7 years’ experience in digital marketing & project management 
  • Proven experience in a senior digital, product, or technical leadership role within a digital marketing, media and/or publishing environment. 
  • A track record in planning & executing impactful digital marketing strategies, effectively integrating multidisciplinary expertise. 
  • Strong expertise in web analytics (e.g., GA4), SEO, and digital performance metrics. 
  • Demonstrable experience with ad serving technologies (Ad Manager, etc.) and programmatic advertising. 
  • Experience in creating and managing product/development roadmaps and working with development teams. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to commercial teams. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
