Key Responsibilities
Project & Production Management
- Develop and manage quotes, comprehensive project plans, and all associated documentation (e.g., risk assessments, RACIs, budget trackers).
- Lead project setup, including kick-off meetings and daily or weekly check-ins, to ensure efficient delivery and manage day-to-day workflow.
- Work closely with the operations team to plan, request, and orchestrate all project resources, including creative and design talent.
- Brief, manage, and source quotes from external suppliers and production partners, ensuring contracts are in place before work begins.
- Oversee external partners to ensure creative execution aligns with the original vision.
- Monitor project progress frequently, ensuring tasks are completed correctly, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Attend and provide expertise during social-first, lo-fi content shoots.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key support for the Client Services team, liaising with Account Managers and other internal teams to facilitate the delivery process.
- Translate complex creative concepts into clear, actionable project briefs and timelines for both internal teams and clients.
- Manage internal reviews and client feedback loops to keep projects aligned with the creative vision.
- Negotiate scope changes and budget adjustments to protect the integrity of the creative work while meeting client objectives.
Financial Oversight & Reporting
- Monitor and report on project expenditures and any over-spend issues, ensuring financial health.
