As Head of Organic Media Content, you will lead and continually evolve the Content product whilst overseeing all client strategies and supporting the team on their day-to-day challenges. You’ll stay close to all the organic content strategies to ensure they are aligned with our clients’ wider goals and challenges, and mentor the team on all aspects of organic content.
Working in tandem with the Jaywing PR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the team have clear Organic Search strategies to leverage for their activity, supporting the team with relevant insights to drive successful Digital PR campaigns and always-on workstreams. You will be able to demonstrate experience and deep understanding of Digital PR and will be a core part of the ideation and creation team, driving our on-site content elements of all our campaigns.
You will lead the content writing for a select few clients where we provide that service, and the aim of this role is to grow our capabilities in this area and spread the service across more clients, whilst building the team and offering over time.
The role will require you to drive content integration across the whole Performance department in partnership with the Performance Media Director and senior members of the department. You will be responsible for driving integration within the organic strategies and team, whilst ensuring organic content plays a vital role within our attribution & data-science approaches.
A key part of the role will be agency sales processes, managing and building the content sections of the opportunities whilst delegating to, coaching and supporting the Organic Media team in the sales processes too. You will be expected to be a part of pitch teams and therefore be a key part of onboarding future clients within the Organic Media team.
This role would suit someone with solid experience in a dynamic agency role or a particularly exciting client-side role.
