We are looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our Client Services team to support the day-to-day delivery of client accounts, assisting in the effective implementation of all projects and the meeting of client expectations. You’ll work with the digital marketing channel experts to support in devising winning strategies for our clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Receive and understand project briefs from Account Management team (i.e. Account Director or Account Manager) or directly from clients
  • Assist in providing market information and other data necessary to address client briefs/projects
  • Manage your support function day-to-day for all projects e.g. sourcing/contacting third parties/obtaining quotations
  • Develop creative appreciation and understanding
  • Prepare timing plans/budgets when required
  • Assist in the briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. design, artwork, digital, print, photography etc
  • Prepare draft copy as and when required
  • Prepare status reports for clients and internal meetings as and when required
  • Develop an understanding of your clients’ business and sectors and stay abreast of competitor activity
  • Maintain all filing systems/processes and ensure clarity on projects for use by colleagues and team members
  • Ensure a consistently high level of service for clients
  • Understand and deliver on specific client SLAs which may differ to the company’s standard business SLAs
  • Ensure all internal administration requirements are met to company standards

 

Skills Required

  • Some knowledge of digital marketing would be beneficial
  • Able to evidence excellent organisational/project management skills plus the ability to multi-task proficiently
  • An understanding of all key areas of marketing communications, including digital, advertising, direct mail, promotion and literature
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of diplomacy and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships both with clients and within the agency
  • Team player
