Social Creative










The Role

Social Creative is responsible for creating content for famous brands that deliver high engagement on social channels.

Sitting in our content team, you’ll become our in-house expert on the functionality of every platform and be able to suggest how we can take advantage of trends to make thumb-stopping stories.

You are likely to be a prolific content creator already or a media graduate, building up an understanding of what audiences respond to most. Either way, you’ll be full of ideas for still image and video posts, have caption writing talent, some photoshop and prop creation skills, and be self-motivated and quick-witted.

Naturally collaborative, you'll enjoy working with designers and art directors who can help bring your more ambitious ideas to life, and strategists who will share data and insights that help shape your direction.

As well as working on behalf of a variety of brands, your role will include making native content for Jaywing's TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.


Skills Required

  • Fluent in all social platforms
  • Highly creative, able to generate multiple ideas in response to a brief
  • Capable of making content on your phone unsupported
  • Good presentation skills, able to explain ideas clearly and simply
  • Passionate taking full advantage of social platforms to use their functionality in new and surprising ways
  • Reactive, able to jump on memes and trends without a fully formed brief
  • Growing knowledge of Photoshop and/or drawing skills
  • Knowledge of influencers and how to work with them
  • Able to attend major shoots to capture social content
  • Willing to learn about social media metrics
