With at least two years under your belt managing social media accounts, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge on best practices across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Snapchat. Your strategic mindset, combined with your love for memes and trend-spotting, will be key in growing our clients’ channels with truly engaging content that you’ll then be able to back up with data from reporting and social listening tools.
Experience Sought:
- Minimum two years’ experience managing social media accounts at an agency or in-house role
- Understanding of Organic Social best practices and confidence in steering clients’ social outputs in the right direction
- Proficient knowledge of popular social media channels (e.g TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat)
- Experience in developing social media strategies
- Experience in growing social channels in line with strategic goals
- A trend spotter, who knows what will work and can suggest the most appropriate reactive opportunities for our clients, from memes to trending topics, overlays, music and audios and content and knowledge of best performing content formats
- Client/stakeholder management experience
Key proficiencies required:
- Excel / Word / PowerPoint (or similar)
- Good Math & English foundation
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of tools including or similar to: Canva, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business & Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Sheets
Desirable (but not necessary) proficiencies:
- Presentation experience
- Experience with both B2C and B2B markets
- Understanding and experience of boosting organic posts with media spend
- Experience with new business pitches
- Experience managing channels in global markets (ideally EMEA)
