The Role

The Digital Lead will sit within our multi-talented creative team, with a remit to create amazing digital customer experiences, including the creation of digital advertising, social content, website experiences and digital innovation.

Digital is the only form of marketing for some of our exciting smaller or new brands, whereas for others it's just one part of a huge marketing plan, so at times you will get to lead projects, and at other times be part of high-profile through-the-line campaigns.

You understand that social is not just another channel. It has redefined the brand to consumer relationship, can reach vast audiences quickly with precision, yields large amounts of customer data and requires you to stay on top of cultural trends. By harnessing this, you'll contribute to the continued success and delivery of Jaywing - by keeping us at the frontier.

By contrast, a website at Jaywing could mean anything from creating a rich story-telling experience to rebuilding a cornerstone of a company's business. By applying user-centred design thinking and an appreciation of tech and UX principles to everything you do, you enjoy delivering powerful mobile-first projects in collaboration with other specialists.

This is a rewarding and challenging role that will give you access to some of the best marketers, technologists and creatives in the industry, ensuring no two weeks are alike.
