Consumers don’t want ads, they want to be entertained. Brands must recognise their audiences as users and collaborators, not simply passive consumers of communications. Audiences are simply too fragmented, too overstimulated and have too many distractions for conventional, mass messaging strategies to maintain their effectiveness.
As a result, we find the right balance in a brand’s role as supporter, influencer, collaborator and entertainer to cut through the noise.
